The present Scoil Naomh Padraig, Eo- Dhruin (St. Patrick’s National School Oram) situated on the main Castleblayney to Newtownhamilton road was opened in the school year of 1959/1960.
At present there are fifty-nine pupils in the school with

The school was extended and modernised during the years 2008-2010, giving the pupils and staff a comfortable and spacious workplace, with a new Library, General Purpose Hall, a Learning support room, extended classrooms and office.
